Our evaluation day will be held Saturday, February 15th at Oak Creek Community Park (Address: 15616 Valley Oak Dr, Irvine, CA 92618).
Times are below:

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: 3rd-4th Grade
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: 5th-6th Grade
12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.: 7th - 8th Grade
The following groups do not need to come, and are excused from the evals:
- PreK/Kinder division
- Open division teams who are coming in with full squads
- Any participant in the fall or winter evaluations
The evaluation will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Players will be in small groups and will rotate among a series of stations being evaluated in different areas, such as speed, agility, pass catching and throwing. This should not be a stressful event for the players, we are just trying to get a feel for each player's abilities. Please arrive promptly...players arriving late may not get to be fully evaluated. Do not worry about check in, as coaches will have a list of names at the stations they go through, and will get a player's name at the start of each station.
We also wanted to point out that friend requests will not be impacted by these evals. If we are rostering 2-3 friends on a team, knowing their ability will help us to place them on a team, while trying to keep competitive balance within the league.
Players should come in athletic gear, with cleats, and a water bottle if they choose. We ask that players leave their own balls at home, or with a parent. We will be using our balls, and don't want players losing theirs in the chaos of the day.
Please make every effort to get your child there, as there are no make-up days. We understand that some players may have other commitments, but they may attend a different time if they are unable to make it at the assigned time. Siblings are also welcome to come together, as opposed to different times throughout the day. Just inform the coaches out there that you are from another grade level. If a player misses we will use friend requests, geography, and past ratings to help place that player.
